Who we are seeking :

The brand has been growing rapidly and we are looking for a dedicated and entrepreneurial
manager to lead our new Mayfair boutique. The Manager will successfully operate and grow the
boutique’s business through managing the daily activities and operations and effectively contribute
to and build-upon current practices to achieve a high level of sales through a combination of team
coaching and development, deep understanding of the Savvy+Sand band, and the delivery of
outstanding customer service. This is a full-time position.


As a Manager, you will be accountable for the following areas:


• Complete boutique operational requirements by scheduling and assigning tasks to employees
• Daily set up and break down of boutique for opening/closing
• Ensure employees comply with the boutique’s security, sales and record taking practices and
• Maintain proper visual standards and ensure all products are always presented to maximise
their beauty
• Partner with support team in the repair process and follow up on customer communication


• Determine the needs for coverage and manage staff rotas, working hours, sickness etc.
• Take ownership of the recruitment, selection and training of employees to foster growth
• Encourage and support the individual development of employees, provide training to equip
employees with relevant gemological/ product knowledge.
• Maintain and improve boutique employee results by coaching, counselling and discipling
employees; planning, monitoring and appraising results including performance reviews and
development planning.


• Identify and maintain proper stock inventory
• Formulate pricing of inventory
• Arrange daily counting/checking of stock
• Implement and support all security measures to ensure the employee and stock integrity are
• Arrange for and maintain product maintenance and back-stock organisation


• Record and present sales data according to business requirements
• Demonstrate sales leadership
• Create a positive and rewarding client experience, that is warm and hospitable in all customer
interactions, maintaining the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism
• Consistently achieve or exceed boutique and personal sales goals
• Achieve sales goals through exceptional client experience and relationship development
• Possess strong product knowledge of the entire line of Savvy+Sand products
• Advise and assist customers with their choices of Savvy+Sand products for themselves and for
• Partner with all departments and colleagues to ensure superior client experience and contribute
to a positive environment.
• Uphold the Savvy+Sand image by maintaining professional demeanour at all times and be an
ambassador for the brand


• Follow each order through the production process to ensure timely delivery and compliance
with the specifications
• Independently and proactively resolve client issues
• Consistent and thorough follow-up on client care service matters
• Respond to verbal customer comments


• Consistently and accurately capture all clients data in support of building and developing lasting
• Cultivate and develop new client relationships, through exceptional client care and brand CRM
• Deliver a 360’ client experience, introducing multiple product categories and services in an
effort to maximise client potential
• Capture client information and actively develop a client base
• Create and take ownership of boutique events
• Regularly contact clients regarding new products, events and follow up


• Must have management experience in fine jewellery / luxury
• Entrepreneurial
• Strong, effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Effectively able to develop, coach and motivate a team
• Strong team player
• Proven sales skills
• Strong working knowledge of diamonds
• GIA certification a huge plus
• Strong styling eye and personal taste
• Saturday availability a must
