UK Training Executive - Beauty Brand

Job description

To act as a true brand ambassador for the company, educating and training instore staff about the brand philosophy and product line as well as potential customers. You are an outgoing, customer-service oriented individual focused on staying current with industry trends and becoming an expert in your knowledge of the beauty brand products. With excellent selling skills and proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading events.

This role will work closely with the Business Development Manager and requires regular travel to stores throughout the UK and Ireland.


Key Responsibilities

To develop the brand across stores through outstanding sales, customer service and education.

Train team and partners to ensure the brand is at the forefront of their minds with the goal of improving the brand ranking in store and driving revenue.
Build strong relationships with all retail personnel – Retail Staff, Store Management, Personal Shoppers etc
Initiate special events both within store and externally to increase brand awareness and build customer database. To also identify activities to align with brand objectives.
Contribute to the development and execution of the Brand strategies and work closely with key stake holders to develop and execute specific initiatives.
Promote new products through effective Marketing and Training
Work closely with BDM and UK Sales Manager to increase presence within store and obtaining more shelves with the eventual objective to have a branded counter.
To be a brand ambassador at all times.
Ideal candidate will have the following:

Sales and Training experience within the luxury Beauty Industry minimum 2 years
Excellent sales and communication skills with a can do attitude and good time management.
A strong team player whilst being able to work alone.
Demonstrate outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
Flexibility to travel (sometimes overnight stays) and weekend working.
