We are currently looking for Community Manager to join us in this continued mission

What You'll Do:
You will be responsible for managing and engaging with the Chalhoub Group’s online community in a way which builds awareness for the Chalhoub Group and its image.
Adhere to Chalhoub Group image guidelines, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner

Key Responsibilities:Digital and Social Media:
Develop and execute the digital and social media strategy and calendar for the Chalhoub Group.
Build the Chalhoub Group’s strong social media presence on all relevant social media platforms to achieve high ranking and online media share of voice by putting forward creative ideas.
Manage different social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) by creating and organizing regular posts and content (visuals, video, text, etc.)
Set and implement social media and communication campaigns in alignment with the Chalhoub Group strategy
Assist in defining, updating and sharing the Chalhoub Group’s social media guidelines and toolkit
Work closely and coordinate with the different stakeholders and content providers (CEO, HR, Internal Communication, SHIFT, …) to ensure social media content is constantly updated, relevant and engaging.
Liaise with Business Units on a regular basis to stay updated on their latest events and activities
Respond to comments and queries on the different social media platforms in a timely manner
Actively monitor competition to stay abreast of their positioning and of latest trends in social media
Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
Attend Chalhoub Group’s events when required to ensure their online coverage
Generate monthly reports on social media engagements and online coverage within the community
Analyse the Chalhoub Group’s online performance and propose action plan accordingly
Partner with external agencies on strategic topics such as social media training, crisis management rules, Chalhoub Group position on collaborating with influencers, opinion leaders, content creators and paid media strategy

Corporate Website Management:
Assist in managing and updating the Chalhoub Group’s corporate website
Assist in defining and implementing a strategy to drive traffic to the website
Analyse and report the website traffic and propose action plan accordingly

Participate in ad hoc projects run by the Corporate Communication department when needed

What you need to succeed in this role:
Entreprenuer, Creative, Organized, Digital Perspective, Communicator
A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience
Excellent communication skills
Good understanding of the online media environment
Thorough knowledge of web and interactive technology & experience in internet/website/multimedia design and development
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
Must have a passion and understanding of what makes for successful digital marketing campaign
Organised with strong attention to details, as well as analytical and problem solving skills
Creative with ability to influence, motivate and encourage others
Self-Driven and can work without direct constant supervision
Good editorial skills in English & Arabic
Exposure to graphic design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
