Position based in Glion

We are now seeking a HR Officer.


The HR Officer provides a high-quality HR service to client groups in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements and is responsible for coordinating and handling all administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle from entry to departure or employees based in Glion and Bulle campuses.

He/she advises managers for administrative issues, and handles the complete process related to trainees as well as recruitments for all staff except manager positions. He/she links pro-actively with the Payroll team and provides support to the HR Business Partner for Glion and Bulle.

  • Be in charge of the full employee life-cycle administration from entry to departure.
  • Be in charge of all time-management matters (vacation, accident, illness, maternity, etc.).
  • Advise employees on insurance, social security, tax, immigration and payroll aspects as well as on HR processes, policies, procedures and best practices, etc.
  • Prepare general HR correspondence and be in charge of various admin tasks (organizational charts).
  • Handle induction and exit meetings.
  • Handle the complete process related to trainees (planning with managers, contracts, attestation)
  • Manage all the administrative tasks related to the recruitment process (job adverts, CV screening, phone interviews, reference check, etc.).
  • Under supervision of the HR Business Partner, manage recruitments from A to Z.
  • Handle simple employee relations (conflicts, warnings, etc.) under supervision of the HR Business Partner.
  • Participate in HR projects as assigned by the HR Business Partner.

Desired Skills and Experience


  • Minimum Maturité professionnelle or equivalent.
  • Diploma in HR « Certificat d’assistante en gestion du personnel » or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as HR Generalist (administration, recruitments, …), preferably within an international environment.
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Proven track record of delivering a high volume of work accurately and in a timely manner
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Swiss employment law, social security, tax and payroll
  • Outstanding administrative and organization skills
  • Ability to multi-task, flexible
  • Detail oriented, thriving for quality
  • Able to create positive working relationships with all levels of hierarchy
  • Diplomatic and honest
