Qasr Al Sultan is a Meraas Touristic Destination that combines luxury with Heritage, Hospitality, cultural entertainment and F&B, it offers an authentic and luxurious glimpse into the rich history and traditions of Arabia. Qasr Al Sultan will offer visitors the opportunity to spend an evening to experience an ultimate and authentic Arabic hospitality.

As a Sales Executive, your role will be mainly responsible in driving sales through identifying business opportunities, identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the F&B and hospitality industry.

Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following;

  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Developing customer accounts within the local area to drive business into Qasr Al Sultan Boutique Hotel and to increase market/customer share in all revenue streams
  • Negotiating rates with corporate and leisure clients
  • Developing and implementing creative local marketing channels
  • Preparing Client contracts in accordance with the current business and pricing conditions
  • Working within current business strategies and recognizing potential opportunities
  • Cooperating with other departments in creating an exceptional Guest experience and building strong, comprehensive sales relationship
  • Attending Sales events as required
  • Producing accurate and timely reports
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients and answering customer queries in a prompt and professional manner
  • Promoting learning & development within the team
The ideal candidate will come from Hospitality & Tourism industry with Sales experience of 3 to 5 years. English and Arabic is a requirement, Farsi will be a preferable addition.
