Trade Marketing Manager - Thélios

Job description

Responsible for the development of eyewear visual merchandising tools, implementation of the worldwide brand trade visibility strategy and oversees all the trade marketing activities for the business

MAIN ACTIVITIES

1. Visual merchandising and visibility strategy

o To collect and analyze trade marketing needs by region, channel and client segment

o Together with the Maison, the Brand manager and the Commercial Direction to define and establish trade marketing strategy per channel, client segment and region

o To define VM briefings for the design team based on product strategy and objectives, cost targets, permanent and seasonal presence, type of distribution

o To feed the VM creative team with constant research of new ideas in term of new trends, materials, technologies, functionalities..

2. Visual merchandising tools development

o To brief different suppliers on the new developments based on design requirements and cost targets

o To negotiate best conditions (quality and price) with suppliers

o To follow the development process with the chosen supplier in order to grant in time delivery and respect of KPI's

3. Trade marketing guidelines

o To define global trade marketing guidelines and best practices in accordance with the Maison, the Brand Manager , the design team and the Commercial Direction

o To provide local teams with technical supports and training on guidelines in order to drive trade marketing projects execution in the markets

4. Trade marketing projects execution

o To manage and coordinate seasonal visibility operations in the point of sales

o To allocate permanent visibility VM tools to the markets accordingly with commercial strategy

o To grant update of the visuals of the seasonal campaigns in the markets

o Together with the Brand manager and the Commercial teams, to monitor different initiatives KPIs

5. Market monitoring

o To constantly monitor and analyze VM trends and initiatives within eyewear, luxury and other relevant industries

o To regularly check the respect on the market of trade marketing guidelines



PROFIL

Master degree
Minimum 1 or 2 years' experience in a similar function
Fluent in English and French. Italian as a real plus.
International profile, proactive, versatile
Very good communication and relationship skills
organization skills
Energized by an entrepreneurial environment
Team player
Results oriented and able to work on tight deadlines
Sensibility towards luxe industry, attention to details

Report to Brand Manager
Role based in Paris with some market visits
